I figured there wasn't any point in me further complaining about this issue on HC. For the very first time in my life, I've just sent a polite Email to the Prime Minister about my concerns about the Henry Tax Review which includes the RRT Draft.
If anyone out there is also interested in doing the same, this is the link.
