I agree... and I too have mentally written off the investment... however:

- Barry and Co have spent their own money purchasing shares on market. If their only option was VA, the team stand to lose a lot of their own money, their income stream and possibly their future careers... why knock back a finance offer if there is no plan B
- Pareto Securities raise funds for projects all around the world and often will only be paid on success... I can't believe that they would present an offer with no alternative solutions.
- The wording of the requests suggests other offers are being worked on
- Maybe they knocked the offer back because a better offer came in last minute? Very unlikely I know... but hey, none of us actually know... glass half full/fanciful thinking.

At a bit of a loss as to where this will land, but time will tell and we can't sell now anyway... may as well relax and see what happens.
