Not sure what all this VA chat is about. If their prospects of raising funds for a restart isn't likely they'll do a smaller raise at a cheap price (like last time) to get them through for a few months. MLX aren't going to bankrupt CYM because of convertible notes. To what, get back the mine they didn't want? CYM could always sell off other assets if they needed to raise funds.
