Nannook I also did some numbers on the price & profit. Yours are definitley quite conservative as you pointed out. The cost I worked out a lot less than yours and no need to throw in another $10.00 like you did as you allowed for enough "fat" in your costings already I believe.
Profit for the next few months I worked out if coal prices do not move will be more & in the order of just under $5 million clear profit a month, ($60 million per year )
Increased shipments after that will see a higher figure of course and YES we have just started with "concrete sales". KRL is on it's way people...and Coal prices are rising
With the amount of shares on issue that is a good return already for us as it equates to about 8c a share income annually. If the company kept 6c of it for working capital and paid the shareholders a dividend of 2c that equates to a 10% return @ 20c. AS we know all received sale money will be put back into the business to expand KRL into a "power house" of a company. Not bad and it boggles what income we will get in a few years time once all the assets KRL have are working and selling all their production. This way no more dilution and build the company slowly on it's profits.

In time I can see all KRL assets being mined and combined selling say 10 times that present amount.
Use the same profit and we are talking $50 million clear each month for say 20 years.
What a dividend that will be ay??
Like just under 80cents per share.......now we are talking

Please Note: Whatever the coal prices increase by over the coming years that is going to be PROFIT for us......ALL PROFIT because the C.I.F. price is already accounted for in these figures

Gee I am glad I bought more last week
    Cheers
    Sales
