I was more referring to pre super days. If someone got a divorce, they split assets. But the woman may have never worked, so took any job she could. The guy on the other hand had years of experience, and as such, steady work flow.
Post guaranteed super, can they make claim to the other halfs super, even though they may be years before retirement ?
I know its not a retirement thread (sorry @Whisky49), but it is an interesting conversation.
