PLS already stated the dividend will be on the cash of 2023 so years end.
Expect a dividend March of 2024.

By years end they may have a profit of about $4b as by then they'll be exporting close to one million tonnes.
They stated it will be 20% to 30% of cash then divide nearly 3 billion shares.

So divs on anything between $800m and $1.2b assuming they make $4b for the year.
So if its $800m then the div is 26c a share. If its $1.2b then the div is 40c.

Lithium prices may fall by year end so who knows what will happen.
So many new mines coming on line this year as well and that will lower the prices of lithium.
Then we see an over supply issue.
