i agree completely with your post,they r all shocking as far as customer service is concerned.
My point is that Telstra supposed to be the aussie icon,been around for years,pretends to be the best in oz [we still call australia home jngle when you are waiting for hours for a reply to your call,
Also they are the only ones i have dealt with.
Optus has "lara" another insult to their customers intelligence ,to let them converse with a machine.I suppose there are another dozen coms in aus with terrible CS.
