Good to see some changes at Board level but not sure someone with an accounting/auditing background is the skill set Redflow requires at the moment. Would have preferred someone with an international energy industry background. Not sure if its significant that she's from Adelaide, as was David Knox, and as is John Lindsay (Simon's proxy). Wonder if that suggests Simon H still has a big say in the company despite not being on the Board?
