Hey Baptiste,
Although IGMarkets charts don't "wake up" til about 8:30 am, you will see the prices change at about 6:00 am... and they are tradeable, just you will be trading blind...
IG have already set their prices to zero so the first jump or drop in price of pairs displayed in a matchlist will show you how big the gaps are.
