    I wonder why they hired Robert Sill in Deceber last year as GM for marketing & strategy??
    This is a joke!! I have seen no marketing or strategy until now. They could have saved the money for him and also for Tim. For the lousy results they have delivered so far, they have to be fired both.

    ESS is a raw diamond, but unforunately no member of the board knows how to make from it a brilliant. Shame.
