Yep if it can get over the .165 and then over .20 shes a running but at the moment everyone is on the sidelines.
Still no serious buyers.
If someone does want to buy then they need to approach a current owner as there is little liquidity.
That keeps potential buyers away but I do feel something has been brewing and it is just a matter of if and when it will come to anything.
Those looking to buy this stock should consider waiting until it breaks resistance and buy a a higher level once a trend is in place.
