How can you possibly say they are not paying their fair share of tax when the are subject the exactly the same taxation regime as other businesses in Australia AND in addition pay state-based royalties?
Perhaps something that would be UNFAIR would be the exact opposite: lower company tax rates for miners and no royalties. Or is that too logical?
