I'd be happy if it hits CBA all the way back down to $40 so those of us who have done the right thing and saved/diversified can buy it at an attractive price.
Australia needs an economic collapse to reset the house of cards geared completely towards the rich. I think negative gearing should be banned atogether, I never claimed it and I have 3 properties. Why does anyone else need to? I also still charge below-market rents to help my tenants live affordably - I sacrifice some profit, but they don't have hardships of meeting exorbinant rental costs each week.
