Blue Sky is the operator???? Of which block?? In the Philippines or in Canada?? As I understand it SGC asked for BS (pardon the pun) for them to be approved by the Philippines DOE back in Feb or March last year (apologies if I do not get the dates right....it has been THAT long). And until today, again apologies if I get the BS situation wrong, nothing has been approved. Not even the EWT or the POD or the ECC or the fictitious drillship situation. As JB would say..."C'mon man"!!!
