    what's the advantage in waiting? To allow TLEA more time to mop up shares through different entities?

    Woolies came over the top of WES rather quickly with API, WGO got rival bids rather quick as well.

    In my experience the longer a rival bid takes to eventuate the less chance it will happen at all. Now trading below the bid again so market agress
