I do tend to agree but I do feel a large rerate once the Divestment comes but if we get the sites that were originally mentioned then taht reate will be small considering.
we are all speculating of course as we all do on HC but as long as we all many millions we will all be happy.
When it happens a day like today we will all be round the pool or on the golf course lol
