You have to wonder how the board measures the success of current CEO. Certainly from a shareholder prospective. Most of us long term shareholders have lost give or take half of the value of purchase price.
Understanding the challenges the company has faced, you would be kind to current CEO if you said miserable fail. Anyway just my opinion.
