The acquisition was by the former CML / Cashflow Finance of Mr Beeson's 'Skippr' business which automated invoice discounting to make it accessible for smaller businesses to borrow cash against their invoices. The name was then changed to Earlypay, the equipment finance business was heavily promoted a couple of years ago, then 6? months ago it was shut down to all but existing invoice discounting customers.
The invoice discounting business is presently being heavily promoted with roadshows, webinars & c. and pitched as a solution for businesses with cashflow / ATO problems
