They all have different business needs, business models, approaches, management styles, market caps, shares outstanding, share prices, etc etc..

I’m trying to understand the relevance? Do you want to win the internet today or something?

Regardless I’m pretty sure for the umpteenth time, capital is required moving forward.. How this occurs is any number of vehicles, when is a stab in the dark, the company already stated in the previous quarterly (loosely) they don’t see an urgent need for capital this quarter..

But if they do so be it as it will likely be for exploration activities stemming from this announcement..

It works this way :

1. company needs cash but SP low

2.company refrains from CR

3. Good event arrives and SP responds in positive direction

4. Some companies take advantage of elevated SP and raise capital (currently OAU) I am part of

5. Punters call Pump and dump by the company

So yes Inca may or may not raise some capital soon but also may find other sources of funds like selling something or getting a JV partner
