Its resource assets in Australia.
40% resource tax rate that will be applied to resource assets in Australian territory at a certain profit level 2012.
But they are also going to reduce the company tax rate to 28% from 30% but that part won't apply until 2014.
Yes 40% of profit at a certain profit level. but Oil and gas here is paying 40% is my understanding anyway, thieving buggers.
Some of the tax will be invested back into infrastructure projects. ha ha ha.
