I hope you're right, but they could easily have said "not material" instead of their convoluted warning. Asit stands, it strictly only means that there's no risk of immediate bankruptcy due to the alleged theft.
Now, it could very well be that they meant "not material" (although you would assume the wording was vetted by lawyers) and/or they are waiting for the final report before making a determination (more likely).
In any case, we just need to wait until Tuesday, not much point speculating
