Oh dear. I hate to rain on your parade, but a equity issue as a cap raise is about #15 on their list of options.

They are operating in the hottest global market segment of the moment, with hundreds of billions of US government money being made available, plus significant tax credits and they have just signed a BANKABLE take or pay offtake with an investment grade counterparty.

The JV, partnership, project sell down, soft loan, grant and project financing options available to them as a result of this offtake are clearly what they are progressing and logically so. A massively dilutive cap raise is not on the agenda in light of so many more attractive and available funding options. They showed that they can do this with iM3NY, and that was nowhere as attractive or strong transaction as what they have now with AAM and Nachu and the in-house commodity source.

I encourage people to research and understand what MNS is doing re funding (they have been very clear) and assess for themselves the viability of these strategies and their capacity to date to deliver with iM3NY rather than blindly react to one liners that shout “imminent capital raise”.
