Boxbcn24, can you post the links to the court cases? I want to read the decisions so I can get a clear understanding of what the court actually said.

It seems to me that the company believes it can access the deposit via the decline in the PIAV. That is at odds with what you are saying.

That’s why I want to read it for myself.

It would also be helpful if you could post a link to the council’s urban plan so I can read that document for myself.

I understand that the mining laws allow the company to drill core samples etc but the urban plan (according to the appeal court) considers that those core drills are extractive activities. Seems pretty stupid to me because if that was the case, how did all those houses in the PIV area excavate for footings, pipe works etc? Seems to me that it’s selective application or interpretation of the urban plan rules.

Anyway, if you can post those links it would be appreciated.
