    1C way too cheap I guess. Its time to come on board and make a profit. Well assured in the next few weeks according to the MOU that is now binding. ECE does not require any cash at this stage so the report is pretty good. OChre will be paid by means of shares after meeting stipulated conditions.It is time to buy IMHO
