- Based on the EQA requirements under 31.2, it’s seems pretty straightforward “ sending a notice to the minister stating the nature of the work needed to be carry out”. We should already have those documents. I think going through the EQA in lieu of Babes is a quicker process like you said, as tough requirements to construct a mine is no longer required. Let’s hope we can close this chapter in the next few months.
