The Moscow sign is commissioned, all monies have been collected and Pepsi were very happy, hence them continuing to express their interest in the 4TS signs. The reasons for no further signs going up in Moscow is due to Megagroup going bankrupt, and it was their partner in Moscow who organised the sign.
