The politicisation of metals is an almost total non event IMHO.
Governments talk it up, businesses get on with making things happen to suit their profit motive. These motives filter down to political decision making via influence, money etc. Just have to look at the last 40 years to see what corporations want, they get. Tough talking politicians do so for votes, but in the end they do what they are told.
