seems like there's plenty of fat to cut in the head offices based on what they are offering staff on their current job openings, it doesn't give off vibes of a company cutting costs.
The staff aren't doing too badly with benefits akin to the biggest silicon valley tech companies probably on top of big salaries, it could do with an Elon-Twitter style cull and clean out IMO.
