the latest ann. doesn't say how many shares CBA have sold, if any....CBA had a 5% holding, whick makes them a substantial holder, now with the directors buying 500,000 shares, i wonder whether that takes CBA's share holding under 5%, hence the "ceasing to be a substantial holder notice"........just guessing, does anyone else have any idea ?
