AAM will only be vulnerable to takeover once it has made positive announcements to the market, and the stock price doesn't reflect true value. John Williams and other large shareholders are unlikely to sell until they feel like they'd done everything to move the price upwards, but the market is not responding.
So far they definitely haven't done everything
