Strictly speaking, these activities on the tenement don’t show activity by LRS. It’s just my own theory that we are the likely party on the other end of what I perceive to be a tenement transaction. The docos I posted yesterday only shows that Jose Silva Lapa (land owner) has been assigning research and mining permits away from himself and onto entities which he also has an interest in (he’s a director on Mineracao Salinas Ltda) along with some other directors, while he is the sole director for Salit Mineracao Ltda.

Its still an open question as to what Mineracao Salinas Ltda and Salit Mineracao do with the mining and research permits. My theory is that they will potentially offer them as part of a transaction to LRS. Who else would want to buy land that they know is adjacent to an explorer who wants to turn it into a mine?

Salit Mineracao was only created in April last year (and appears to have been created exclusively for some type of tenement transaction), while Mineracao Salinas has existed for many years and seems to be an operating business involved in the extraction of granite and sands in the region.

When we acquired an option on Monte Alto last year, this option was acquired from Mineracao Salinas, and the same is true for our Lajihna tenement option which we also acquired last year from Mineracao Salinas. So we have a track record of dealing with Mineracao Salinas Ltda on tenements in the region.
