The major differences -
1. you have a board that won’t roll over and have its tummy rubbed
2. cash at bank to develop all its activities it needs to further add value to company
3. it is just about to go into production
4. it doesn’t have a company owning 80% of its JV
Think they have made it clear that based on WGO, they won’t be accepting a deal below 80c.
