I'm just working backwards.
Spending $4m in 1Q 2011 they would need 108108 barrels for the quarter to break even @ $37 income.
That's 36036 barrels per well per 90 days.
400 bopd.
It all depends on their quartely projected outlay.
If it's only $3m per quarter it's just over 300 bopd to be break even. At 400 they would be making a profit by growing organically with $3m spent per quarter.
I'm just guessing on their quartely spending.
