"NAL" could be the name of a property, owned by SYAQ and defined by a fenceline.
"NAL" (or is it SYAQ?), the property, is subject to an OTA for half of its product
"NAL" could also be a commercial entity that enters into JV arrangements with neighbouring properties. Whether or not this then obliges the product from that neighbouring JV into the OTA is not entirely clear, as Arf inferred earlier that PLL will be taking "their share"
