If someone can predict when the Banksters will be prevented from creating precious metal derivatives, then that person will be able to accurately predict when the price of physical silver and gold will increase exponentially from current prices.
Thus, the prices of physical silver and gold are for the time being in the hands of the various legislators (Politicians) around the world.
Unfortunately, that's just the way it is.
