while it’s possible they are, I don’t think that’s how the slide is meant to be read. They say they’re in discussions with most top 10 foundries and IDMs and then list the top 10 of each. You can’t pluck any name from the top 10 as proof that they’re one of the ones they’re speaking with, even if by nature of the framing there’s more than a 50% chance of any given name on the list being one they’re in discussions with.
