Third dot point in 2.10 they have already fulfilled, which is flag intention in the bidders statement. Still a long way to go though. If the remaining shareholders have parcels in separate names ( family members etc) we will have a load of holders with the min $ holding of shares which should make things difficult. If we, the remaining holders all vote no on the documents should they be drawn up we should stand a good chance.
Bring on the spudding and with it hopefully new and current holders that are not MIN friendlies to buy shares being sold on market.
