There's plenty of good stuffs from today's announcement. But the bits I personally liked the most include:
1. The '... focus on organic growth over acquisitions ...'
2. Management's conclusion that '...it appeared that most drilling services acquisitions would not currently add value growth to the business...'
This assured me that boart's management is very careful with our money. A prudent management team.
