Following a relatively robust performance in the first half, I opted to examine the prospectus in order to determine whether Universal may present a viable investment prospect.
I'm glad I did.
The majority of insiders dumping on the IPO is a clear red flag for me. If they're happy sellers at $3.80 then I'm not buying at > $5.50.
