You are not factoring the probably strength of Chinese demand in the second half of this calendar year. Realised prices for WDS long term supply contracts are also lagging...
There have also been no direct signs of a reduction in US oil demand that would have been trending lower if we were moving into a recessionary environment.
I also maintain that WDS is too cheap at the moment... i.e., the low PE multiples are not warranted imo
