The story of JabraD:
- Doesn't know why management wont reply, publicly rags on them for not doing so, before admitting he was abusive to them via a heated email
- Doesn't know that you cant specifically tell people to buy/sell/or hold off from buying stocks (HC moderates 4-5 of his posts for unlicensed financial advice, ASIC is mentioned and he deleted 20+ of his posts that week all within 24 hours - unrelated perhaps, albeit funny)
- Doesn't know that the UK trial started a quarter before his post about being scared it hasnt started (doesn't read announcements)
- Doesn't know how the clinical trial process works, or how a Phase I, II or III works, or the time it takes to progress through the process (yet invests his net worth into one - aka, gambler... but hey, who cares about timelines, just enter directly after a Phase II and complain for 2 years that nothing has changed)
- Doesn't know how Biotech stocks are valued, but complains we are too undervalued
- Doesn't know that the CMO is a new position advertised, potentially indicative of a new indication - instead thought we had sacked one that we never had!
- Doesn't know that Duthy has a Biotech Consulting business that he operates his Directorships from as of 4 years ago, AS stated in the IXC announcements (again, doesn't read announcements or read the descriptions of any director because that involves effort)
- Doesn't ask questions in presentations because he's too busy but instead asks others to do so, but will post 10 times the day of the presentation, likely to avoid the management he abused via email
- Does post 250 times per quarter asking if anyone else is worried they bought a Phase III at $10M EV in an unencumbered market of $1.6B
