I understand what you are saying but this means the balance sheet and P/L have been mistated in prior periods. Balance sheet valuations at year end need to be correct and justified each year. This obviously has not occurred bad auditing or accounting I don't care which. This has also Shareholders Funds each year, maybe the SP would have been affected if correct statements were issued.
