    One major factor from your table you omit is the wafer cost.

    40-50% to the cost of a wafer are initial estimates + Fab contamination costs + Nonstandard requirements for Fabs.

    Initial estimates was ReRAM takes 30% of the market, now WBT's ReRAM is in the market it is assumed to take more like 60-70%

    It doesn't matter how good the technology is, if its more expensive and harder to manufacture MRAM wont get the market share everyone thinks.

    Think Beta Max vs VHS etc.
