    The same 'risk' was included in the original prospectus from 2018.

    It is a risk, like all prospectuses identify, that is unlikely to be an issue.

    The terms of the existing agreement grant Podium, among other things, oxide material containing PGMs.

    The reef's oxide contains PGMS.

    The EV Metals deal was a means of simplifying any future steps for both parties but it is not a big deal at this very moment.
