to be honest i feel like its to cater to the people wanting a good deal, and to those that are ignorant or like to throw away money. i am guilty of ordering a sneaky dominos pizza, cant beat a $5 pepperoni, can be amazing, can be horrendous at times too. while waiting i have seen that many people just walk up to the counter and just order their pizza over the counter and 3 pizzas and 2 sides come to something like $65-$75 when it it could have been half that

i even had a family friend over for a small party and insisted they'd shout dominos, they ordered 5 or so pizzas and 4 or so sides, came to over $120. even after i offered to google a coupon that literally would have brought it down to $50, she didnt care for it and ordered it anyway

so i can see why they keep it like that, not everyone is frugal

i wanted to take a position when dmp dropped to $80 but i still felt it was stupidly overpriced for a place that sells $5 pizzas, their prices have rapidly increased over the last 2 months so we'll see where it goes from here
