perhaps SMN could have moved to NASDAQ but not now given the low market cap.
It will need several dilutive capital railings to get to America now.
It is difficult to see what happens with the Australian geopolitical risk that SMN faces.
It would have been had it listed in America and not down in Australia especially given what has happened in Australia with crashes and aviation safety.
Not a great look for SMN with the FAA given the recent calamities in Australia with the Sea World helicopter incident, MH370 and the Qantas/ Jetstar troubles.
