Approx + 2mil gen exp and +2mil employee exp. This is with cost savings related to Philippines implementation. Plenty of management talk about potential growth with new customers, gensys change and Optus. There plan looks to be paying upfront with people and marketing to have greater onboarding in the near future and tip into profitability. The question is will this occur, I'm confident with current runrate and growth we have seeing but next 12 months will really give a good indication.
