I think WKT were honouring the Tanzanian intention of the new mining laws and use a Tanzanian Bank to fund the project. They tried but obviously their financial institutions aren’t ready for that yet.
There are plenty of Australian small institutions willing to make up a syndicate for lending on small mining projects.
