Sorry to hear that. But as the saying goes, scary or not, better save some capital than losing the lot. I have lost quite a bit here too but fortunately, I made some gains elsewhere to balance it out. I would have continue to hold if there is even a slight blink of light at end of tunnel but all I see is total darkness. This train is going to hit a wall, not coming out of the tunnel as far as I can see.
Above just my opinion and I am probably wrong. Good luck to all holders.
