Correct me if I'm wrong, - the before tax dividend yield is currently sitting at 9.12% pa. (based on 3.29 price, 21 cent fully franked divvy for full year). It's not bad at current prices.
If you had bought in at $4.10 thats a yield of 7.32% before tax.
